What is the knife made of?

Our knives are made of high quality stainless steel/damask steel/carbon steel. The material is chosen for its durability, sharpness and resistance to corrosion.

How do I take care of my knife best?

To keep your knife in top condition, we recommend that you wash it with warm water and detergent, and dry it immediately afterwards. Never wash it in machine as this can damage both the blade and the handle.

How often does the knife need to be sanded?

The frequency of grinding depends on how often and what you use the knife for. A chef knife used daily may need to be sanded every 3-6 months depending on how to maintain it, while a knife that is used can rarely manage longer. We recommend that you use a grindstone or let a professional grind the knife. We also offer knife grinding courses.

What kind of knife is best for my use?

It depends on what you plan to use the knife for. A chef knife is versatile and fits most in the kitchen, while vegetable knife is best for vegetables and a bread knife for bread. Please contact us for personal advice.

What is the difference between stainless steel and carbon steel?

Stainless steel is resistant to rust and stains and requires less maintenance, while carbon steel is often harder and can get a sharper edge, but requires more care to avoid rust.

Can I have a knife specially designed?

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time may vary depending on whether we have the knife in stock or if it needs to be manufactured to order. Usually, the delivery time is about 3-5 working days if the knife is in stock. If it is a special order, it can take several weeks or more. We give you a more accurate time when you order.

What are the shipping costs?

Do you have any guarantee on your knives?

Yes, we offer a guarantee on our knives for manufacturing errors. If you experience any problems with the knife, contact us and we will help you fix it.

Can I return the knife if I am not satisfied?
